Alex Caceres

He picks Caceres with a specific finish path in mind (taking the back into a rear-naked choke) but admits he is 'a little biased' as a fan, and separately notes his underdog picks have not fared well before, naming UFC 300 as the example. The fan admission is disclosure, not a hedge on the win by itself, but the self-doubt about his underdog track record is a real caution on his conviction.

Smooth on the mat, with sharp timing on his entries and the ability to climb to an opponent's spine from either position, often finishing from there with a body-triangle choke. Also a capable striker -- good footwork, picks his shots, defends well -- though he is not a one-shot knockout threat.

Named outright as the pick with a specific finish method offered (a back-take into a submission), a decision kept as the fallback; no hedge on who wins, only on exactly how.

A rangy, accuracy-and-timing striker rather than a power puncher, protected by real striking defense that comes from distance management and reading opponents; durable enough to reset after getting hit clean. His real equalizer is the grappling gap -- well-timed entries into takedowns, a strong path to the back, and a long submission reach that the analyst treats as the single biggest edge in the whole matchup.

He states directly that he is picking Caceres to win, following real technical reasoning (accuracy, timing, cardio edge). He also discloses being a fan of the fighter, which per rule is disclosure, not a hedge, and does not demote the grade.

Caceres (transcript slug 'cacares') is read as a well-rounded veteran: good takedown timing, slick BJJ with long choking arms, and good, accurate striking that compensates for a lack of real power with timing and movement. His cardio is explicitly favored over his opponent's late in the fight, and the analyst notes his long run against top-level competition.

A disclosed personal fan bias is recorded separately ('I am overexposed to Erosa,' 'you know who I'm picking'), but independent technical reasoning (power, durability/chin, grappling/submission counters) also supports the pick on its own.

A good, traditional-martial-arts-influenced striker (Taekwondo/kung-fu/karate style) with good kicks and good movement, plus solid Brazilian jiu-jitsu including dangerous, long-limbed chokes. His glaring weakness is a lack of real power, meaning he's unlikely to hurt Erosa standing and will likely need to set up a takedown to use his grappling.
